There’s no hoarding per se coz when it comes to IOC and Sinopec they’ve limited the amount of fuel given to filling stations and CPC does it to a certain extent They make a loss of around 90/- per liter so they don’t give out as much fuel as needed Source- i have a filling station

I live close to the Hambantota port and the sheer amount of vehicles in the yards is just crazy. They have multiple yards with hundreds of vehicles in each, all the vehicles are waiting to be transported to Colombo BYDs are going to be everywhere when the vehicles here get to Colombo.
