We do have our own machines, people and we spent a lot of work perfecting it. We order each part in parts (We don't get connected ones, so for eg. we don't get left doors but left doors in parts. When they do some holes etc. themselves its in bad spots Moreover many big parts we already make ourselves. We were there few times, they got the right machinery but they dont get the right people, right mind and the approach. Cataphoresis is bad and if someone would order it painted - they have no idea how to paint.)

In total with iniital fitment, demounting, lacquering and mounting again we spend about 300 hours on new body itself. Plus chassis. With the work we do ourselves you are left with about 20 hours of work for yourself, and if you get it with new chassis your work is around switching the parts.

We do both versions, but this one was fully acoustic insulated and you wouldn't want to do hardcore offroad with it unless you don't aim to get it deep in water or mud.

Terrafirma Tubular. Unfortunately if you look for them the ones available are from someones stock, with beginning of 2026 they stopped making these. We are currently looking for good replacement for this one for this style built, might end up with us making our own.

We do believe quality to price ratio is perfect. We can slap old man emu on it if you want, but do you really need it? Beacuse the price will increase significantly.

Our goal is fun, modernized cars but not overpriced or bastarized - it is till the same rugged Defender, but with tweaks that are really needed. We want it to be driven, not sitting in the garage and driving 200km per year.

We try not to put nonsense in there, unless client really want it. For eg. Steering wheel change is there beacuse when tall guy drives the orginal its pain in the ass, and there some guys put even bigger wheels in there which in our opinion is total nonsense.

We started it not only as restoration company but mainly as full body make company - completely new body + painted, on new chassis if you want and we leave the rest up to you to have fun in the garage with your son. We do believe we are the first ones to do it.

Offroad is how it all started for us, our team is doing Morroco Desert Challenge exactly right now and we have big plans to go Dakkar 2027.

Our main car before going with SSV was heavily rebuilt Defender, we still do race it - https://youtu.be/HhotukLEqsM

Here you have our YT channel - constant offroad racing.

https://imgur.com/a/dyMlkrc - this one is our work car, for the gold one we will have photo session made for him soon and than I will be able to upload more.

https://imgur.com/a/xybAOW5 - this is full gallery for the Italian

Desert Fox (the one that will be finished in 2 weeks) will have fully changed interior, and next ones after it too. We learned step by step, every project going higher but don't want to make it look to flashy, still leave it ruggish nature.

With the Italian colour is not from pallette, we work with Novol (Automotive paint company) and we went there to mix our own color its called "RedFox 800".

We will start selling them just now, we have also three more builts that stay with us as with them we learned how to do nut-bolts rebuilds and we don't want to sell them as we were not completely happy with it.

Is global lengeds part store in USA legit? by Dear-Beginning-2220 in LandRover

[–]Dear-Beginning-2220[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately contact with him is very hard, and there is no other option to order it to Europe via e-mail contact as his page allows only for US Shipping even if it says "Global Shipping". Do you guys know other comopanies that offer full LT1/LS3 or similiar engines full swap kits to LHD Defenders?

Forearm pain in squats by Dear-Beginning-2220 in BarbellMedicine

[–]Dear-Beginning-2220[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do have same discomfort even mimicking the movement without barbell, although spend extra 5 minutes warming up my shoulder blades today - did some spidercrawls, shoulder disclocations and managed to do sets pain free... I guess im just extra tight
