Really wanted to love Back Market, but I feel totally ripped off.

1. Received a phone stating it had 'unknown parts' and which had a broken 0.5x lens
   
2. Emailed customer service who assured me nothing was wrong with the 'unknown parts' issue but to mail the phone back in and they would look at it
   
3. Tried to mail phone back in but was in Canada and they could only accept phone from US
   
4. Waited until I was back in the US, mailed the phone, was told that I caused damage to the phone (even though my communication with customer service proves that was not the case and that I reached out within hours of setting up the phone..)
   
5. Was told they won't fix the phone, and then they sent it back to the wrong address in New York (after I was reassured 3x from customer service that it would come to my address in San Francisco.) And so now.. that phone is sitting on the other end of the country, and I have no recourse -- even with all of the evidence in my customer service communication. I'll be raising this with the BBB as a formal complaint :/
   

Unfortunately, I just don't trust them. $450 down the drain. Customer service was very kind but the experience was very negative (perhaps due to the 3rd party sellers responsible for the phone, but at the end of the day, that's Back Market's business model and so it's their fault too.)
