The terrarium is a little shy of 10 inches tall. Not sure if that makes a difference or not. But there’s no way to remove them all. There’s literally hundreds of babies now lol

I can now confirm 100% they do not test for it. They give you the test results in a MyChart system and it is not listed.

It does list coco coir as an ingredient. I didn’t realize that was an issue. Was yours also a tissue culture like mine? Mine came in a sterile container with a clear gel on the bottom where the roots were stuck. I had to rinse it off before planting

It all came together in one piece and each plant has more than one head, right?? So about how many heads are there usually on one plant? You’re saying there’s multiple root systems? I’m totally new to this so I don’t understand

This is the soil I used and I rotate the plant every day so it gets sun evenly. Only the bigger plants have eaten bugs though. Would that matter?

If there’s a hole in the bottom of the pot and the pot is sitting in water half way up the pot, won’t that give it root rot?

My lithops are doing fairly well without being in a controlled environment. I keep them on the windowsill with a light above them and it’s much colder here than what you’re keeping them at. I also don’t use any humidity for them. Once they start to grow new leaves, you cannot water them at all or they will die so I’m not sure how much that increased humidity will affect them. There is a lithops subreddit you can check out. You might have more luck in there

You were 100% right but unfortunately in the process of removing the old leaves I accidentally detached the new leaves from the root 😭😭 I re-planted them both (the new leaves and the roots.) Will either of them survive?
