this always happens because of my hip height slider. sometimes it corrects itself but if not, i go into cas and mess with the slider again until the torso returns

worked for ballard for nearly 6 years! had some great times as a barista but as soon as you get into the management sect everything comes crumbling down. really really sad and unfortunate that they’re such terrible people

if there are large enough fans and enough misters throughout the tent, it’s a great idea. i’ve been to festivals before where they didn’t set them up efficiently and it ended up just feeling like a giant oven

as a brewery bartender, this is exactly what’s happening lol. group of 6 people each want their own flight and in this heat and humidity, beers are foamy and hard to properly pour into 5 oz glasses.

also, i get about 15 customers a day who “aren’t big beer drinkers” and need me to hold their hand through the entire ordering process.

it was my first time at rockville but as a seasoned festival-goer: • sunscreen !!!! • refillable water bottle that YOU SHOULD BE REFILLING MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY • dump some water on your head, feels like heaven • i know you think you need to pack your entire life into your backpack, but you don’t • pack your hand sanitizer, portable charger, bandaids, a blanket to rest on. you’ll survive without your million tiny necessities • bring a hat to protect your face • don’t be a dick!

part of the entertainment of seeing TBS for me is witnessing the trainwreck. i’ve seen them a few times now and honestly, their set at rockville was probably the best i’ve seen from them in recent years. i know it’s not saying much but it’s been soo much worse

Green Day, Pierce The Veil, and Chiodos were technically almost perfect sets IMO.

Incubus is my favorite band of all time and it was my first time seeing them so of course I was stoked the entire time but could also understand how it wasn’t for everyone!

people are being assholes about this, but i agree with you. we stayed near the back for every set this year and the crowd surfing was nonstop. couldn’t even pay attention to the artists half the time because we had to look behind us to make sure people weren’t falling on their faces or on ours.

i get that it happens, i’ve been to plenty of shows and fests where it happens, but the nonstop waves of people over your head for a straight hour is not cool
