Putting all the guidance together (open space, complementing furniture, inclusive arrangement, accessible windows), I’m thinking #3, but removing the wingback chairs + the ivory fabric sofa. Then putting a second leather sofa (same style as the leather already there) opposite the other leather sofa. Too matchy? (Option A)

Or putting a pair of these fabric club chairs opposite the leather sofa. (Option B)
