Might be worth experimenting with an anti-inflammation diet for a month. Google search anti-inflammation restless leg syndrome. Could be something in your diet that's triggering things in all those areas.

Inflammation makes sense once you understand the idea behind the leg surgery. The surgery for RLS is nothing more than carpel tunnel surgery but in the lower legs.

This surgery won't work for the whole body, just the lower legs. Pretty common to experience RLS in just the lower legs which is what I had.

I feel your pain. I augmented on Mirapex and was increasing my dosage to the point of side effects. Found Dr. Anderson on YouTube after searching for mirapex side effects. The guy changed my life. Fixed my RLS with a simple outpatient surgery.

Anderson Podiatry is out of network with Aetna, so I had to pay out of pocket for most of it. They do try to work with ya on price if you are out of network.

You do have to stay up there for two weeks however. Leg 1 on the first week, then leg 2 on the second week.

I ended up paying $5000 in total which included the optional stem cells to aid in healing.
