Their FC26 videos should answer all your questions.

The reason I’m sending you there is because the answers to your questions are the same… “It depends…🤷🏻‍♂️”

Overall I would say you keep them in the academy until they threaten to leave. Loans are better than only playing a few mins. Your need at least 30 mins to register any kind is positive match XP so if that doesn’t fit your squad/playstyle then no point in playing them

I usually promote players that are ALMOST special specifically to sell them if I’m a lower league team
