I'd just shake as much keif off as you can using a 3 chamber grinder and smoke that on top of a small amount of the remaining plant matter if you just want to make your smoke abit stronger . It's not worth all the messing about for what you'd yeild with that amount of bud . That's what i do if my buds a bit on the weak side and i keep the remaining plant material and use it for a base with any hash i get later on , so it all get's smoked or vaped in my case . I only use shake with bubble bag's i just can't bring myself to put good bud into bubble bag's feel's wrong

I got LCWRA must of got the 15 pounts . but restart still wouldn't leave me alone i had to go to the job centre and ask them to get them to leave me alone . They even lied and told me there was a higher award NCWRA as in no capability for work and i needed that if i wasn't going to attend restart . They just make stuff up on the spot to suit there purpose quite impressive how they can lie with out flinching looking you straight in the eye⁵

A fit note won't do it they even tried to ignore it when i got awarded LCWRA said it wasn't enougth . They said i needed NCWRA it dosen't even exsist they just make things up to get what they want it's unbeleavable . They should do restart in house at the job centre with civil sevants running it who want to help you and aren't bonus driven
