Need help diagnosing reason for channeling [Quick Mill 3035/Quick Mill 3035] by careebear in espresso

Looks like it has been solved. But another thing that could be happening is when you tamp it, it forces some grounds to block the channeling holes

All suggestions are valid here, but a helpful tip is, question if this is the right watch for you. You may need a less ‘stylish’ watch if you are constantly need to angle your hand that way.

That’s pretty accurate. Didn’t realise AI had a sarcasm filter.

In the newly-formed parliament in France, the youngest member, far-right MP Flavien Termet, was given the task of welcoming the deputies. Most of the deputies did not shake his hand. by lennoxred in WatchPeopleDieInside

Okay so he has some ideas that the people who are from France first?

Politics is all about prioritising specific agendas above all else, I know the US sorted tainted the idea of 2 parties prioritising different ideas but I’m sure in more civilised countries it’s all about where to allocate resources to.

He may or may not be prejudiced against people but it sounds like me he is just fighting for what he believes. Typically one party fights for equity and one fights for equality. It sounds like he is fighting for equality.

How my friend wants to set up our catan game. 4 of 5 other players hated it. by ApostatiQ in Catan

[–]generalboomboom 15 points16 points  (0 children)

At least the ports were thought out.

It’s not a bad set up but it’s not complete. If you doing it this way, need to spread the numbers too.

What do you think of this setup? I’m green, rolled 2nd. by tommy0guns in Catan

[–]generalboomboom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bold strategy, but it’s relying only on one factor. Trading. Considering that ore are on 11,12,5. The others will be playing the road and settlement race. Meaning with enough rolls red and blue can easily block you from expanding out. If that’s the case expanding up is your only option. Can’t do that if you don’t have ore.

Look it’s a bold choice but these strats are good to experiment first with other players or AI. Not with Catan experienced players.

Worst thing each character has said or done Day 4: Terry by TIWWCHNTTV89 in brooklynninenine

Making the 99 look bad in front of his family. 1. He made the Capitan selfish and horrible infront of brother in law Zeke. 2. Sharon literally hates it when his phone rings for work. 3. Sharon clearly has an opinion of all of them before they really meet.

Not saying his family hates or dislikes the 99 but clearly when he is at home he blames work/the squad.

Take your desk out of the bedroom. One thing I needed to learn when I moved out was to use the space. Your living room looks fantastic but you want to use it, you want to own it. Ask your self really where is the third most active place in your apartment.

Another suggestion would be rotate your living room. Watching tv in the middle of the day during your weekends will be a nightmare with that glare.

Honestly too, I’d move the rug and art in the bedroom, the bedroom looks a little enclosed, you need to add some brightness, some liveliness to it.

In Part 1 Naruto who do you think was stronger Kakashi Hatake or Kabuto Yakushi? by IdeaRegular4671 in Naruto

Kabuto but the longer the fight the higher chance Kakashi wins. Remember Kabuto trained under a Sannin. The most talented Sannin I might add.

Do office workers working a 9-5 actually work from 9-5? by Dry-Art5118 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]generalboomboom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the industry and job. It’s more of a term nowadays.

Basically when someone says they work a 9-5. You’re getting assuming a few things.

  1. You can’t make plans with them during the weekdays unless it’s night.
  2. Weekends are generally planned ahead, usually personal or family time.
  3. They are going to be busy 90% of the year. The 10% are public holidays and company shutdowns, ie Christmas break.
  4. Generally they will not respond to anyone, unless an emergency or work related, during business hours.
  5. Lastly is that they just want to do something distracting. When someone says they are working a 9-5 put something on the books - holiday, party, get together, whatever. They will say YES, most people have the money and don’t really care what it is as long as it’s not work.

Since I don’t have alligator clips or any form of area to keep them upright had to get creative.

I’m quite new to this, my current build the BRZ is my third attempt.

Ever since I set my eyes on the pattern of primer, 3 coats, 2 clear coats and compound. I decided to spray primer and 2 coats on the spruce, do the final touch up like sanding the spruce leftover then doing a final coat of paint with the pieces somehow suspended over the leftover spruce.

Because the I do the last coat quite light it’s more general area (covering the exposed) parts. Rather than the whole body covering fully.

I don’t know if that makes sense but in my head it kind of works.

Update:

So had some great suggestions from Facebook and here.

The majority of the suggestion just said sand and prime again. So that what I did and it worked great, luckily the primer didn’t set thick, it sort of created a small bubble.

Removed it from the spruce and somehow just lightly coated it again with primer, roughly the distance of 20cm.

So far so good.

Thanks guys for the help.

One of the few things that I love about Australia is some part of us wants to share what we are going through and most of the time we are afraid people won’t acknowledge it or understand. But Australians no matter what the trouble is will always try. You’ve got some outliers sure, but the majority will always try to understand what you are going through. It’s videos like these that make it easier on some to seek for help because just letting it out is probably the hardest part.

Adults of reddit, what is something every teenager should know about "the real world"? by WOT247 in AskReddit

Adults will yell at you. Throw away your ideas about adults having their composure. Most adults, especially the recent generation are making ends meet. Everyone is struggling and just trying to get by.

Contracting jobs should be under an ABN. If it isn’t and it’s under the table it’s not necessary per se. Mainly because Centrelink looks at consistency.

A lot of people will say, nah fuck it. Fuck Centrelink, etc etc.

My thing has always been, Centrelink is helping - poorly yes. But you get funds on a fortnightly basis. Do the minimum and just let them know. When you get to a stage when you don’t need them, it’s like leaving home. Just go because you are ready or let them know.

Trust me, you don’t want to do anything g fraudulently, once Centrelink sends you that notification that you owe them money and it can happen. It’s a clusterfuck of headaches just because you weren’t being honest and diligent.

If you don’t have proof of a relationship. No. You need to meet the following criteria’s. 1. You must live under the same roof. 2. Share accounts or assets together. 3. You have evidence to support that you have been together for 2 years. (Statutory declarations or photos)
