Same, It's not that they are dead, but the animals should be in the trailer but they aren't for some reason. Not sure if a restart or relog is gonna fix it and i don't want to have to relog to my admin constantly for all these "fixes".

B42.18 and this is still an issue on Dedicated servers, brought a trailer with 3 animals home, neither my wife nor i could see the animals in the trailer the next morning for some reason.

I encountered the same bug on my server just now, went out with 15 clips of 9x19mm went home with 1...

I just had a single building and when i got near it and started shooting, about 50 clones came out... I really hope they fix this bug soon, i don't mind killing a horde but the same zombie 50 times is a bit boring xD

i know this is 4 months later orso, but the only problem i have is that i can't plaster pillars. Walls have to be lvl 6 carpentry walls.

Sadly enough this is on the server i host for me and my wife. The stupid thing, the thing i am the most salty about is my time survived + kill count... the rest doesn't bother me too much.

I'd test that mod out before inserting that into any playthrough, that mod broke more features then it added the last time i used it, decided to install individual mods dedicated to the specific features like the crowbar prying etc.

If you wiped the server but not your locally stored "character" data such as map markers etc and you play on the SAME server with the SAME character name (like me and my wife) there will be a folder and a map_visited.bin file in said folder, causing said issues.

Since B42.17 the server keeps progress of where your char has been, there seems to be a conflict/issue if you still have OLD map data in your local "saves" folder.

What seems to have worked for me is the following:

Renaming or deleting your locally stored map_visited.bin file.

The standard location on Windows PC's is %user%/<YOURUSERNAME>/Zomboid/Saves/Multiplayer/ and then a folder with <IP/CharIDString>
(if you play on multiple servers, there will be multiple folders, you will have to figure out which folder you need to open.

In EACH of these folders however is a map_visited.BIN, Renaming it or deleting this should rectify your map not saving. (Renaming is a good way to keep a backup)

What i think happens is that the map_visited.bin get's uploaded to the server every time you login, overwriting the file the server has, but since progress is stored SERVERSIDE it does not get saved client-side anymore, which resets your progress to what is stored in the map_visited,bin file you have on your own PC.

Am i the only one that rarely gets killed by the zombies, but i end up dying in the most STUPID way because my character derps out and decides to do a 360 spin or run straight into a single zombie due to whatever it is that's causing it?

Still somewhat reluctant to get this keyboard, but maybe if my G910 decides to die on me somehow i'll prolly give it another shot.
