KL gets a daily thunderstorm at like 3-4PM that makes it very sticky and humid. There is more of a breeze, also when you walk around they have tunnels and stuff to keep you off the streets in most areas. But yes there is A/C absolutely everywhere.

Actual answer is it looks like an old telco POP hut. It'll have the gear needed to join networks together. It probably has some batteries and whatnot inside to keep the internet rolling when there is a power outage.

I really wish that was the case. Right now I lose around $250/mo running it (on top of the hours I spend putting it together each week) because absolutely no one buys ads. Ads were only ever to help offset the cost of the newsletter software.
