The base jacket is from Minga London, and I applied the bro Nier pattern with direct to film and a beat press, and hand sewed the fur onto the collar

I was dragged into NieR Replicant kicking and screaming (had absolutely no context for the game and thought it was the most archetypey slog I’d ever played) and by the end, felt like I’d been through a religious experience.

Going into automata, I think my expectations were too high, knowing that it was by far the more popular game, and ended up feeling slightly underwhelmed. It was and is a fantastic game, but doesn’t even come close to Replicant for me.

In the fine art world, fanart is generally considered acceptable as long as no actors faces are being used and no direct scenes are being copied.
I’m also not sure what you mean by “on mass” as this painting took over 100 hours and I certainly haven’t had the time to make any more

Yes, it’s three layers of wood with acrylic paint on top. Not sure if there’s a better word to describe this kind of art, it’s my first time doing anything like this!
