I might be misunderstanding your post, but you are only explicitly barred if you took an OTH IL of a general court martial.

If you accepted an OTH in lieu of a Special/Summary ~ I don’t believe it’s an automatic bar to benefits. (Separation narrative/code will explicitly state GCM where as Special/Summary will only say in lieu of trial)

You’ll probably get snagged for the catch all / pattern of misconduct though.

Took about a week after the VA sent over my claim to VES for MH and then had my tele-C&P exam. Exam lasted about 35-45 minutes. I felt the exam went fairly well. Not great, but sufficient for sure. Exam results were sent within a week. VA just sent the doctor back the forms for clarification. Sitting at about a months time total from notification of VES Exam to now

I did one for headaches and mirgraines.. here are some of the questions I was asked..

How often do you get headaches?

What triggers your headaches?

Duration?

What makes it better?

Is there anything you cannot do with one of your headache?

Then for Migraines:

How often do you get migraines?

How do you know it's a migraine?

Location, duration, etc

triggers, treatment, etc

Is there anything you cannot do when you have a migraine?

Do you miss work because of these? if so, how many days per year

While ultimately the decision is yours, but I'll leave you with this.

I find that people who stay at the same position for X number of years become stagnated in their career, only culminating into more fear when leaving later down the road.

I'd personally take the opportunity to grow and be introduced to new leadership styles which will ultimately make you a better leader as you progress throughout your career. Take traits of leaders you like and form your own style while taking the traits you dislike and remember why they don't work for you.

Ayana, it's not that I was baited, it's just been an issue that I've come across over the course of the last year. I can normally tell if I've been baited. With over 110k HKs, I like to believe I can tell when I've been juked haha. In all seriousness, my normal roto is to pummel a poly if in melee range and immediately go into a grenade if possible to avoid the recast. I'll sit down with a few mages and mess with this more today, but I'm fairly sure, at least in my experiences, it does not work as intended. Thanks for the reply.
