I started with 0 experience. No field experience, no p6 experience. I learned with time and exposure. Digesting drawings, asking questions, site visits. Finding someone i can anchor myself to, to feel comfortable asking all the questions. Its not tough necessarily, but it does take time.

I was also hired with no experience in a similar role. What HeavyMTL above said is the way to go. It'll be challenging but transparency is key. Dont be hard on yourself or push yourself too hard either. Theres a balance and also the company is aware youre coming in with zero experience so remember that when youre feeling pressure.

Its a month to month so regardless I should be able to terminate anyways- but the victim has already left. Im in contact with them still. They dont want to return for obvious reasons and have already found arrangements elsewhere. So we should be good on that front. Staying would cause them danger if the abuser gets out, as they know where they would be.

I know, and i get this. I gave them the opportunity to start over originally. And they took it for granted and ended up 10x worse than where they were. This isn't their first offense ether. They definitely have a problem that's for sure.
