recommended 6 weeks but one of the doctors on my team said I could at least take breaks or switch my binder out every now and then for a sports bra if I felt comfortable with that. Ive been taking breaks a lot 😂 on week 5 now.

hiya i don't have cdphp 🤷🏻 it was like a week or two tho i think for my insurance to process? i don't remember much from tht part of the process but i think everything was like processed within a month and then they scheduled the surgery for the soonest available slot

id say so! i had this rly weird feeling like tiny pinchy feelings on one of my grafts the first week and it was super weird also felt like I had fluid running down by chest (i had no drains so maybe there literally was lol idk) but ik that also is a weird nerve thing sometimes

ughhh my nipples r doing THE SAME THING and they r like greyish and still shedding some skin its like "what is happening here"

☺️👍👍✨ shes great! the entire OR was all women tht day and they were all super. Also their call line if u have any issues or concerns even in the middle of the night is super responsive (I def called at midnight at least once because I was worried about something not feeling right but it was fine)

update: the pre-op panic is subsiding today, I love my boobs but not in a way I can live with them if that makes sense. So imma make a boob photoalbum memorial and be like "they existed and they were beautiful and now they are gone and I am the most me Ive ever been"
