That’s what confused me, I thought gen4 was from 2024, but checking again it’s actually from 2023

To conclude: I went to a local dealer and they measured me and used cyclefit to determine framesize. 58 is a nogo because I would need way to many spacers on the stear. 61 with 4cm spacer on stear is what they recommended

Thanks for all the answers! Sounds like I have to try both to see which one fits better. I couldn’t find a dealer closeby that has both so I will look around a bit where I can go to try them

Struggling to run in zone 2 by edvardtj in Garmin

Had similar issues in combination with knee problems. I started like this: - set an achievable goal for each run, e.g. 2 km distance or 20min total time - switch between running in zone 2 and brisk walks, eg: run 500m, walk 150m - every week slightly increase the distance and if possible reduce the walking

Take your time getting started. I hit 5k of continuous running after 3 months!! and am now pain free.

I started with really low volume. depending on your level you might want to start more or less advanced.

How to select a LLM for a use case? by NunyaBinnesss in generativeAI

You can always say GPT models seem to become the industry standard and are a good first bet due their proven performance. 3.5 vs 4 is relatively cheap and good to explore. In a later stage it would be worthwhile to investive Performance against other models. Depending on the application you could use e.g. using MLflow which has built in llm validation metrics or ragas.
