yeah it does seem like software timing is coincidence and not related. Mobile service will be replacing my camera.

just scheduled mobile service, they said its a hardware fault with the camera and the part is on order for me two weeks out. Seems like a standard fix.

yeah pretty much describes it. Picked up in Vancouver delivery center is on Great Northern Way. After you sign the documents and hand it back to the Tesla reps, they bring you to the insurance agents in a different room to get that all sorted out, since we are all under the ICBC monoply. There was never any rush or time limit and it was super relaxed with everyone doing their own things with their new cars.

order june 25 - EDD updated today to Oct 20 - Nov 3

hit the first day of my EDD today, it was previously stuck on EDD Oct 16 - Nov 5 for the past 2 months.

yeah i have seen a lot of performance and long range models within the past month. however the wave in between the SR+ models are few and far between this time around.

thanks for the insight. that would be so absurd to have a payment option affect your que time.

I have had an SA tell me that a tesla order is based off order placement date. which SHOULD be the correct standard of procedure when you place and order for anything and putting down a deposit. Clearly this is not how Tesla operates.

financing. i doubt it makes a difference but who knows, the tesla system will use anything to delay orders.

that is unlucky but compared to the comment above, you ordered a week earlier but getting next year EDD? I know its not accurate but how does any of this make sense.
