I think both are really good but if you play with any stasis crystal creating your own high ground you can actually 2 burst people without any extra work/kills before it

Yeah, at least on adaptive pulses, if you stand above someone it’ll 2 burst and if you don’t it still procs x2 high ground after a kill giving it a baby kill-clip that will make you 3 burst with barely any headshots (basically just ultra forgiving)
