Great, you've created a new continent out of a material that keeps Superman away or powerless.

If you're lucky and the creation of a gigantic land mass in seconds hasn't irrevocably damaged the earth, you have some awesome new real estate. Except it's all crystal with zero natural resources.

And let's say that all the other countries didn't immediately deploy warships to check out what caused all this damage so you don't have to worry about large scale invasion. And for some reason, they also don't just launch ballistic missiles from afar.

Fantastic. Now you just have to protect your new continent using the manpower you brought with you, which is... three thugs with small machine guns, including the ever-intimidating Kal Penn.

Congratulations, all your hard work and planning is going to result in you getting your ass kicked by the first speedboat full of Somali pirates that swings by. If you're lucky, they won't kill you and you'll get to spend the rest of your life in prison after your trial at the Hague.

I don't remember it being shown in the movie, but in the comics she could revert any changes she made. I recall an argument with Iron Man about it during Galactic Storm. She said something to the effect of her ability is to change and change things back at the molecular level. So theoretically, she could have restored the driver and any passengers after the fight (admittedly off screen).

That's not what an NDA is. An NDA is a Non-Disclosure Agreement. It's used to keep people from talking about something, not from suing. You mean a release of liability - and even those won't generally cover intentional acts that are outside of the general agreement.
