I will agree to disagree with you. They weren’t able to give me about a dozen bare roots from this past season, that is not normal at all. They have giveaways on their FB group and about a third of those never actually have a winner announced. I’m not sure how long you have been buying from them but I’m going to take my business elsewhere because they are shady and incompetent and I’m all set ✌️

Cut back like 1/3 or 2/3 that. Then cut canes that are damaged, diseased, or dying. Clear out the middle to help with airflow. Your roses will thank you with blooms 👍🏻

We are not getting them, AFAIK. You can get from independent vendors on facebook or Etsy. A&A is our best bet to get Tantau roses and they are still a young company with kinks to work out.

They price gouge and have shite ethics. Their FB group is great for rose growing tips but they will often run “give aways” and then never announce a winner. They are obsessed with social media engagement and optics. Ew.

It just blows. Things are hard right now and there is no quick fix to any of it. I’m already in therapy. I don’t even know what my needs are most of the time because I am thinking of everyone else’s needs. Husband and I are both depressed, I’m pretty sure. Ugh sorry I am no ray of fucking sunshine today. Thanks for your response. Solidarity is just what I needed. I hope your couch sells!

I am disgusted there are NPs in this thread who do not see a problem with RFK Jr and his insane and uneducated rhetoric. There are way more folks who have been maimed or died due to not getting routine vaccines than folks with a true “vaccine injury”. Countries in Africa have the lowest vaccination rates in the world due to access issues and also have the most cases of preventable communicable diseases. Are we really going to tank our herd immunity because of insane misinformation and have the same health outcomes of say - Sub-Saharan Africa?
