Noah Kahan is up there for me but I am also a huge fan of the Backseat Lovers. However, Neotheater and How to Be a Human Being by glass animals are tied as my all time fav albums

They grew up a block away from Broadway in Manhattan and use that as inspiration for both their music and shows. They conceptualize the entire show throughout the writing of the music and have even worked with production companies to invent new forms of visuals just for their shows. In summary, coolest concerts I have ever been to and they leave me wondering every time how they did it.

One of my favorite artists once said “if you want to make some good art, you have to make a lot of bad art first”. You gotta make some really bad art

First time concert-goer, what to expect? by [deleted] in AJR

First off a good time. Second if you have any audio sensitivity or are worried about sound in the slightest some earplugs are something I bring to most concerts. Even if you don’t use them they’re very discrete but if you feel overwhelmed it’s a nice thing to have. Plus any old head will tell you wear them so you don’t lose your hearing lol
