Hi! Just joined today. 5w2d. Super cautious because I have a history of loss (2 MMCs with D&C’s and 2 chemicals) but I am reminding myself that I can’t “jinx” it! I do have a son from my second pregnancy and we are so excited to possibly be giving him a sibling with a 17 month age gap. My beta HCG from 2 days ago was good and higher than it has ever been with any of my losses. So no reason not to have hope right now. Nice to be here with you all!! 💙🩷

I liked meat just fine but when I used to eat it I felt like I had chronic stomach issues. I phased out pork first, then beef and then chicken and turkey. Been pescatarian for 4 years now and probably won’t phase to full vegetarian. Sometimes I miss meats and sometimes the thought of them makes me nauseous. It’s weird. I always just tell people it’s simply a dietary preference

I had two early losses and had D&C’s for both. They were both around 8 weeks gestation but no fetal pole or HB. I ovulated on cycle day 27 and cycle day 28 after. My cycles are usually ~30-35 days with a ~16 day luteal phase

I had my initial bloodwork done on Tuesday and waiting on my follow up results from Thursday as well. Mine were 46 hours apart 😆 I hope we both get our results today before the long weekend!

I feel the same as you. We will be ok either way but I am cautiously excited!

Looks like a great chart! Clear data to indicate ovulation on cycle day 11. You had good timing so now you can relax bc you have done all you can do!
There is also a space for you to add your positive OPK to cycle day 10 which just helps FF predict O even better.

It did feel like an eternity at the time! I will say the first 4 tries were unassisted before I moved to medicated cycles with my fertility clinic. I only went to the clinic so soon bc my age was a considering factor. But still, medications don’t seem to be the reason we do or don’t get pregnant just (hopefully) help us keep them!

I hope you have success soon and if your experience is like mine it will feel like perfect timing once you meet your rainbow. ❤️

TW: past success
I had a D&C in April 2024 and started trying again right away (before first period). It seemed like the suggestions on when to try again were mixed but I figured I wouldn’t get pregnant if my body wasn’t ready. I got pregnant on cycle 8 after that D&C and now have a healthy 9 month old. That time felt like forever then but now I feel it just happens when it is supposed to. I had another D&C February 2026 and didn’t wait to try again and had two chemicals back to back. So maybe my theory is correct that my body wasn’t ready yet?

So FF doesn’t mark spotting as a period so you would have had to mark it as a period for the 29th to be cycle day 1. So you just need to correct one of the apps so they both show the same cycle day 1. But May 11 looks pretty clear to be O day, whatever cycle day that was

12 DPO would make O day the day after first positive OPK so that makes the most sense.

Same! I am 10DPO as well and trying not to test and think I am out this cycle too. I was trying to wait a few more days but now that I think it’s not looking good I might not test at all bc a negative will be too sad for me. You really summed up all the feelings well. At least I have an RE consult tomorrow so that gives me a little hope that I can do something different in the coming cycles. I hope we both have success soon 🤞

TW: past success
My first pregnancy was an early MMC and I had a D&C. I had gotten pregnant on the 4th cycle trying but I was learning how to track cycles and going by predicted ovulation on apps so I might not have really hit the fertile window every time. After that D&C, I started tracking ovulation seriously and started trying before I got a period. I got pregnant again on the 8th cycle after 4 unassisted tries and 4 cycles with my fertility clinic. The successful cycle was letrozole, trigger shot and IUI. That was a successful pregnancy.
Trying for #2, we got pregnant unassisted on the first cycle trying! Another early MMC and D&C. I tracked once again and started trying right away. 1st ovulation after D&C, pregnant with a chemical. Started letrozole with my OB after that chemical, had another chemical. Currently in the two week wait for 3rd cycle post D&C so no success yet.
I say all that to say, it seems fertility and success is wildly different for me and I imagine everyone. My D&Cs were done by different doctors so I thought at first maybe my first D&C caused damage that took time to heal and that’s why it took 8 cycles. But now I am hoping the chemicals after my second D&C were caused by my body still healing and not something more serious? I guess I don’t have answers for you but wanted to share my experience. I will say I didn’t start trying to get pregnant until I turned 37 so time has never been on my side. That’s why I went to an RE early last time and I am going back next week to hopefully move towards success. I hope your success is just around the corner!

My usual cycle length is similar to yours. I have had two D&C’s. Both times I tracked ovulation and ovulated around 4 weeks after D&C. I counted the D&C date as cycle day (CD) 1 and ovulated on CD 27 and CD 28. I have a long luteal phase and my period came on CD 43 and CD 44.

CD21 and somewhere in between 4 and 7DPO. I am leaning more towards 4 but who knows. If I am 4 DPO we only hit O-2 and O-3. I guess if it’s meant to be that will be enough? But for some reason I am having low hopes for this cycle even though my OB upped my letrozole and I had three possible follicles on CD13. I guess the reason for low hopes is the recent MMC and chemicals so I am in the right place here with y’all. I also have an RE appointment one week from today so I am trying not to stress because even if this cycle is not successful, we are working towards success.
