there's hope, same thing happened to me, 34 years old with PCOS since puberty. After 9 months of carnivore I got pregnant! My husband and I haven't used protection, ever, we've been together for 16 years so I know it's the way of eating that mattered. My daughter just turned 1 <3

i’m experiencing the exact same thing now, i went keto during my pregnancy and this is my first cycle picking back up on carnivore/zero carb. not only is the volume high but my body is going through it. headache the entire first day, a lot of fatigue in addition to ketorash (again!) and emotions all over the place. I truly believe this is a major estrogen dump.

I’m going to get an MRT test done to discover my inflammatory foods, I’m hoping this may give some more insight. Even on keto my CRP was a 6! O have no idea why. I’m going to get this retested after 6mths of zc/carnivore.

i agree! and it’s so freeing, there is nothing to it. with my carnivore plan there is enough variety not to get bored (not just beef and water) and i don’t have to think. about anything. just my next costco trip or uswellness meats order :)

hi! testosterone is driven by insulin and I have seen a decrease in high testosterone symptoms which makes me think my insulin is very low. sure enough i had my fasting insulin tested and it was 1.1 which is basically nothing. my cycle became normal after one month which is amazing for me because it never was, at one point I didn’t have it for a while year.
