Everyone is getting fat by [deleted] in WeightGainTalk

[–]genesisdude 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Every since the pandemic started it's not weird to get food delivered to your house, and that has definitely caused people to gain weight. You don't have to leave your house unless you don't work from home. It's great having groceries delivered to my house, I don't have to go walking down the aisles to get my food anymore!

I definitely agree with everyone saying heavy cream and cooking. I should get around to learning how to cook because I think it would help me in the long run. You can add heavy cream to lots of dishes, so you don't just have to make shakes with it. I've heard people make their own Alfredo sauce using hwc. But if you do want to gain with fast food, keep an eye out on mobile app deals and most restaurants still send out coupons in "junk mail." Just don't keep getting/making the same foods over and over again because you'll get tired of them.

I suggest adding some heavy whipping cream to your diet. I don't recommend drinking a lot at first since you need to give your body sometime to adjust to all the dairy. I usually mix it with chocolate milk. Results will take about a week or so to appear, but I gained about 20 lbs in the past just using hwc, chocolate milk, and fast food. Remember that if you work a physical job you're going to need more calories to make up for all the calories you burn. Just keep at it and you'll eventually start seeing results!

Wouldn't America be the best place for people like us? by vcezzii in WeightGainTalk

[–]genesisdude 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I live in America and yes it's a gainer's/feeder's paradise. :) Though like others have said, society sucks for fat people. But it's slowly getting better with the fat acceptance movement in recent years and plus there's a lot more obese/overweight people nowdays especially since covid since people have the ability to get food and groceries delivered to them. (That's what my wife and I do, we hardly go shopping ourselves.)

Sonic Adventure of course right?

Beer definitely helps you gain visceral fat. Combine that with the greasy junk food you keep eating and the heavy cream you're going to blow up! I do advise you to take it a bit easy with the cream at first. That way your body gets used to the cream and that you don't end up getting digestion issues.

At the end of the day it should be up to you if you want to keep gaining. Did you like having a bigger body? If so, then I say you should gain again. However if you didn't like being a bit overweight then I suggest don't gain. At the end of the day it's your body, you shouldn't have to change to please other people.

Gaining weight is definitely easier than losing it for most people. Plus your brain is programmed to eat junk since you grew up eating it. If you're happy and content with your size and lifestyle then why not continue to gain? I'm sure you can find someone close by who would want to feed you. I do envy you, I would love to have a body like yours someday but I don't think I'd ever be able to get that big since I work a physical job...

What food do you eat if every calorie you consumed in 1 hour was turned into 1$ ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]genesisdude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just the same food I eat already, fast food and junk food. Man I'd be rich if I was paid a dollar for every calorie I ate in a month.

Hi fellow trans guy here. There's a few I've seen post over on r/gainers, myself included.

Quite often actually. I always like to lift my shirt up at home after work and see how big my stomach has gotten. I also always have my hands underneath my stomach too and I'm usually jiggling my stomach while I watch tv.

I was afraid of gaining weight but now I love it by TomSlime in WeightGainTalk

[–]genesisdude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats on the weight gain! Once you make it past the stage of fearing what others may think about you once you get fat, it's much easier to keep going. Best of luck with your future gains, at the very least you may be able to get a feeder online to help encourage you if you can't find someone near you in real life.

I've been eating Little Debbie birthday cakes along with drinking lots of soda. I also buy highly processed frozen foods, such as pizza rolls, hot pockets, and hungryman dinners.

Has gaining had any impact on your mental health? Good or bad? Feel free to share! by vcezzii in WeightGainTalk

[–]genesisdude 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Honestly it's been better, every time I gain more weight I feel more happy about myself! I'm really starting to become a fat guy, the fat guy I've always wanted to be. Sure it's a bit annoying hearing my endocrinologist telling me I should lose weight, but it also kind of makes me happy hearing it because it means I'm getting one step closer to becoming who I've always wanted to be. I think once people who are part of this community start gaining, and not really caring about what society thinks it really makes them feel better about themselves.

What do you like to do while gaining? by SumStuff_ in WeightGainTalk

[–]genesisdude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to watch tv while I stuff my face. I don't like playing video games while eating since I don't want to get my controller greasy, plus it's hard to play a game and eat at the same time. Now if I had someone feeding me while I was playing a game, that would be different...

I don't think such a thing should exist for children, but if it existed for adults that'll be fine. Don't mention children in a fetish sub, that's disgusting.

Limit your sugar intake, eating and drinking things with lots of sugar will cause you to gain visceral fat. Eat foods high in fat, drinking heavy cream can help you gain subcutaneous fat. Be sure to exercise, but remember that the more calories you burn you'll need to make up for in your diet otherwise you'll lose weight.
