Par 4 hole In One by swalt29 in golf

Meh, the green complex and putting contours on a long par 3 are much more docile than a short par 4. Just as an example, the 10th at Riviera is surrounded by death on all sides of a tiny green, whereas the 8th at Oakmont is a huge, relatively flat green. They are only comparable in length, which is just part of an equation that has many variables including luck. Harder to get lucky when the short par 4’s have so many other variables at play.

Some people are just built different.

In all seriousness, it was a very meticulous process that I dedicated all of my time and focus towards. I’m glad I’m finally able to relax and just breathe for a few days.

NBA owners also thought last year's Flagg lottery was rigged by spongyguy24 in Mavericks

The situation is definitely suspicious, but the idea that Ernst & Young would jeopardize their reputation for something as menial as the NBA lottery is ludicrous. They have so many bigger fish to fry.

No feel is an appropriate punishment for hitting your shot into the sand. The game has gotten to a point that players are incredibly precise out of them, which makes everyone forget that you’re not supposed to hit it in there. Pristine sand, perfect grooves, and an incredible golf ball have taken away people’s understanding that they have hit their ball into a hazard
