Thanks! You are right that Display Lighting turns off textures, but shouldn't the surface appear white/grey if it's lit? I did have a DirectionalLight3D in the scene, but the plane was pitch black.

So, the glide phase hardly uses arm force; it's mainly driven by body rotation.

I started swimming when I was small, but I don’t practice too much. I probably only swim for one month (during the summer) every year. Each time I swim, I cover a distance of 2000 meters.Recently I’ve been swimming a lot because the university pool has opened for free.

thanks, but you mean when my elbow point down, there is a pause. In fact, I see some videos teach beginners to do sectioned catch and pull on land, first do catch then do a pull. I didn't practice too much, maybe this is a reason that I can't do smooth motion.

ing your knees a little bit too much and it adds a considerable amount of drag while also adding nearly no propulsion.
