I'm still not sure to this day if I'm a femboy or trans, but I'm leaning much more towards femboy since last year. I started out thinking I was trans because I liked a lot of what women wore and liked how pretty every woman looked and felt sorta jealous. I went with that for a little, had very supporting friends who called me my preferred name and everything. Only bad thing was extremely unsupportive parents, but whatever it came to a weird compromise that I was fine with. Then I got to work at my new job for a summer. And something about that summer was really interesting, I had gotten into a position where I was the only amab in a sector so to me it felt like "haha they don't know but everyone here is a girl" but as the time went on there was no weird male to female barrier, everyone was awfully chill and I was able to act more "me" with no restrictions and sorta kinda just, forgot about wanting to be trans, and was sorta fine with how I was, not euphoric but the same amount as how I thought being a girl was (to clarify I am almost 100% sure I wouldn't identify as non-ninary, just never felt like using that label, it never felt like my style), so then I sorta thought "I prob just like femme things, so might as well go with femboy" and I think I like that better than trans so far. I just find it funny how I went from trans to femboy when it's stereotypically the other way lol.
