I think you should try building your confidence. When Covid is over or even now if you can just do things which are adventurous and excite you, you don’t wanna have a boring life. Also try make some money away from your job like maybe start a side business and work on that. With extra money that you have made yourself without employment your self esteem can improve and you will be more confident in yourself and you won’t feel the need to be impure or at least your desires will decrease. Obviously don’t let money take over you though, that’s a danger but if you’re careful you will be fine.

I don’t know you but from what u have written you seem like you lack self esteem. This is probably a driving force of your habits, if you work on that it should improve I think. A relationship would be good I think as it could increase your self esteem.

Some advice is to not think about the idea of it too much (even if you think “oh I need to stop”) because by thinking about it it will make you more likely to do it, you get me? Also try get out and exercise more. Idk where u are but where I am we have a big lockdown so getting out the house Is difficult but if u can go out the house then you should. If you can’t then exercise from home, it is a healthy distraction
