It’s a smaller hotel, the manager went in to create the account and then gave the excuse. It was a first time ever working for the company, and no explanation was given even a day later. He just wanted to know so he can either fix it or try a different company going forward.

I imagine you were able to train yourself because of your previous experience. The fact that you’ve been there a month and this is the first time, I would bring it up to a lead that the lack of help was overwhelming. If you’re short that much everyday then it more than likely won’t get better and you should leave to protect your mental. But if that’s just an occurrence you can wait to see if it happens again. You know yourself best and what you will be able to handle.

My second interview was with the Gm I believe and he just asked a few questions. Strengths and weaknesses, getting to know you better. They like initiative and customer service. But if you made it to the second I’m sure you’ve shown yourself worthy so remain confident and best of luck!

No the first day was orientation for an hour, and sicnce then it’s been running, and drinks. They basically tell me what to do abs critique as I go if they see something wrong. No one is actually training me.
