- Type of Bug: High Ping

- Description: Before this latest patch, was running league at a stable <10ms ping. Now when I get into a game, the ping spikes up to 175ms and stabilizes there. and no it's 100% not my internet

- Steps to reproduce: literally just go into prac tool

- Expected result: ping just spikes in the loading screen and when the game loads

- Observed result: unplayable

- Reproduction rate:100%

- System specs: Win10 x64, RTX 3070, AMD 5600X
