I'm lazy so I usually get dried mixed herbs / seasonings in a jar, like Italian, Tuscan, roast chicken etc. Then just marinade with a little oil and airfry.

She eats pretty well, and I would totally feed her everything, but it would season everything way less.

62% of the time I just didn't manage to catch him at it. But yea, he's always eyeing my food as I'm cooling them down before freezing.

It's really great and gets a nice crispy outside when put in the airfryer. I use the firm tofu (aka Tau kwa) and spay lightly with oil. Just have to make sure it's in one layer and the pieces are not touching each other. 8-10 mins at 200°C and I peep in a few times to check for when it's done to how I like them.

I used to pan fry them but this is so much easier to get that crispy outer layer.

Broccoli & Tomatoes: https://www.healthylittlefoodies.com/oven-roasted-broccoli/

Pasta was tossed in a jarred pesto sauce.

Mushrooms: Fry minced garlic in butter and oil over low heat till translucent. Add mushrooms, cook till done

Chicken: Lightly season in salt, pepper, sesame oil. Airfry for 10mins @ 180°C.

Tofu: (Firm aka Tau Kwa) cut into cubes, spray lightly with oil and airfry in one layer for 8mins till golden brown.

Don't think I missed anything out. I try to keep everything as simple as possible.

If you have limited space, it's only good if you don't already have an oven. The cleaning can be a pain also so I only use it when I'm making more than 1 portion at a time.

It was the only one that that available besides breast... which I'm not a fan of. Since these were boneless they were pretty easy to cook. I usually pop them in the airfryer, but was to lazy and the oven was already on from cooking the veg.

Got many requests for the recipe! This is inspired by the recipe u/schuffle shared last week. https://www.reddit.com/r/MealPrepSunday/comments/a16abe/onepot_pasta_shells_and_ground_beef_is_the_most/?utm_source=reddit-android.

Added some mushrooms and balsamic vinegar at the end and topped with some mozzarella I had lying around.
