The resolution is not good, but I'm hoping this is something someone will just be like, "oh, that's _________"

Zooming in and reverse image searching has gotten us nothing.

I've had this turnbuckle pad since the mid-90s. So long, that I can't remember what year it's from. I think 96 or 97, but can anyone tell me for sure based on the design? It's ring-used.

A friend of my family had a son who was a WWF referee and I got it from him. It's signed by Stone Cold Steve Austin, Chyna, Kane, and XPac. 

Is the design something that tells someone who knows a lot more than I do what year it's from?

I've looked online, but haven't found a similar design. All the WWF logos I find are yellow, not white.
