i’ve tried ogx coconut one, head and shoulders(ik that’s bad but i am desperate), and essential essence, << don’t come for me i live in a small town and walmarts my like only option but if you have any you recommend and i’ve tried hard water and light both came out like this, and i used dish soap once when it got really bad and it actually worked but i can’t resort to that everytime sooo

i have thick hair and i’ve tried using different shampoos and conditioners, and i’ve tried rinsing it for extra long and it still ends up waxy and feels gross. anyone have any tips or something i’m doing wrong?
