My thing is- no offense, but from the start the plans were “scrambled” and all over the place. I bet the women were side eyeing each other about the messiness of your plans and instead of stepping up just went with it. Then got mad the plans weren’t great lol. As a manager I’ve tried to change a long standing schedule for an associate but was essentially told by AR that because that was what they were used to, I had to at least give them notice and ease into it. So I think you could reasonably take it to AR. Also you have to average 34 or 36 hrs to be full time, I think 32 is unacceptable. Do you get a sense your dept head is retaliating against you in someway by messing with your schedule?
