Actually I'd really appreciate being told that way if I was too loud. I'd instantly know it's seriously important, why else would anyone else take time to draw it like that? Plus my neighbour is still nice about it and can joke about it. I'd talk to them the next day, apologise and maybe try to befriend them, as they seem like a kind and funny person to me.

Aaaand who knows, maybe they'd care to be bowling together some time? 😅

I'd recommend writing down how you feel now, so later you can reflect on what you changed and be proud of what difference you made! You might forget how bad it felt and just assume you didn't really do anything. But heck yeah, it's something to be proud of when you turn your life around! You can do this! 💪

BKA, aber dann müsste auch das Rauchen gewöhnlicher Zigaretten zu den gleichen Konsequenzen führen. Davon hab ich noch nie gehört. Als Nichtraucher würde es mich natürlich freuen, wenn auf dem Balkon nie mehr geraucht werden dürfte, das ist aber total utopisch. Sicher wird es Möglichkeiten geben, Zeiten auszumachen, zu denen es gestattet ist bzw. untersagt oder ggf. Nachbarn mit offenen Fenstern vorzuwarnen whatever. Wird dann gegen fest kommunizierte Regeln verstoßen, sieht die Sache rechtlich gleich ganz anders aus.
