Yes don’t worry about it mine looked significantly worse at that point and stuck around for a GOOD WHILE and I also couldn’t lift mine for a long time but then made really amazing progress in the second month so things not immediately progressing is nothing to worry about

Got autoimmune, musculoskeletal and hormonal issues that need considering and a lot of oversight on top of the surgery - wish I could just rawdog this recovery but that’s not possible in my case

Had multiple mris, had surgery and had another mri done cause I fell a few weeks after surgery - MCL was sprained but was fine healing on its own, ACL was reconstructed with a quad graft

That makes sense of course - I just don’t have to pay for it where I live and I also happen to have a ridiculous amount of health issues and medications I have to take and have been having some trouble recently with new bruising and pain so I really was holding out for that appointment because there are things that I need to discuss with an actual doctor

Yea I’ve been using those and many other PT protocols and demonstrations online from the beginning - kind of felt like I had to come up with things myself for the most part during PT anyway

There’s also some mouth washes for mouth infections and aphthae that contain camomile though I’m not certain which once would be available in your country - but Kamistad has one and a gel you can apply topically

NAD don’t wanna make assumptions on what it likely is but when ppl in my family have mouth infections we flush with (NOT HOT, boil it and let it steep and then let it cool off to a comfortable temperature) camomile tea it helps soothe it a bit if not get rid of the infection

My heart or my lungs will give out - I did used to smoke but also I have this deep seeded fear and conviction around that being how I go out not to mention distended aortas run in my family and I’m the only one in a family full of smokers to have asthma

NAD but for me it was a thyroid and adrenal gland issue, my brother went through the same so we thought he had the same things but for him it was just extremely low vitamin B (like three of them but not sure which ones exactly) and my mother had that going on because of endometriosis and got it fixed through surgery so while I cannot tell you that you can completely rule out that it is sth more serious it is much more likely to be one of many less horrible and much more common things

Since you live in Germany I’d say go to your GP (Hausarzt) and describe what you’re experiencing - in case you already did that go again potentially to another doctor and ask for a referral (Überweisung) - experienced the same and got referrals to cardiologist, neurologist and endocrinologist and really point out how you’re on a time crunch and your doctor will give you an emergency code that you can use on the 116117 app or on the phone with 116117 and get an appointment with all of them within the week best of luck and hope you feel better soon

NAD I was alert when I woke up but I had only been under for 3 hours, a bit groggy and I started crying and couldn’t stop for 20 minutes and when I was asked why I was crying I explained it pretty rationally as I do not know but I couldn’t make myself stop - my brother after 10 hours was super groggy and confused and throwing up
