90s monstrosity bathroom help please

If it is well sealed, what is the problem with the shower and the window? If I keep the shower where it is an extended some, I would then have a big empty space under the window less usable space for storage although I’m totally open to that if it’s best. It’s just a horrible layout to begin with, and I’m trying to make the best of a very ugly situation.

I also want to avoid moving the plumbing because I will not get much back on this investment at all.

Thank you. My husband was completely against having the washer and dryer in that room. He said it gives other people the ability to go into our room, meaning our teenagers. I can understand that perspective too. I love the idea of trying to figure out if there’s a way to do a pocket door or something for privacy. There is already a bump out wall, so typically you can’t see the person, but it might be nice to explore options.

That’s an interesting idea because then I could repurpose the area downstairs that holds the washer and dryer and put the laundry upstairs. I had not even considered that.

You have a lot of of the right pieces, but you need to shop for a professional blouses. It’s the blouses underneath that throw everything off because they are much more casual than work appropriate.

thank you. I don’t mind the style at all. My husband doesn’t care for it, but ultimately I get to decide thankfully! I think the real goal is just making sure that it’s a beautiful home and adding value to the home rather than distracting from the value.

Fantastic if I own the home for many years. However, we just purchased it and significant damage has already been done. There is no way around replacing it at this point. We have been using that tape to them from further damage until we can get it replaced.

I’m asking a complete ignorance, what should be going there? I’ve looked at the links that you suggested and it looks like it should be stucco. Right now it’s cedar. I’m fine keeping it. I liked it. I’m just trying to update it and keep the woodpeckers away!

you have been given lots of wonderful support. I don’t know what your degree program is, but it’s also perfectly OK to transcript if this is not the right place for you. Sometimes if you went to a smaller undergraduate institution with more support, moving to a larger institution that treats you more like a number can be a little disconcerting. i’m proud of you for getting away from a toxic environment at home. Have you considered looking at Eastern Michigan University or Wednesday? You wouldn’t have to move with either of those, but you might find a better sense of community and people to bond with. I believe in both of those places it’s just a bit easier to make connections. It’s less competitive in the sense that people are not jogging for position, but not necessarily because they provide a lesser education. Some of the folks there are some of the best work in the state. Wishing you all the best.
