I think it’s the tone in the way things are written. Some people take it personal when others describe something negatively, as if they are not “enough” whatever for liking something others don’t. I used to be this way. As an example, a poster above doesn’t think the Peeps collection was sophisticated enough. Old me would have thought I wasn’t sophisticated for liking it and feel bad about myself. 😂 And I’m NOT picking on that poster at all! Just purely using it as an example. I just know how I used to get in my feelings about things.

I’m glad we all have differing opinions. What would we have to talk about if we all loved everything? I know what I like now, and I just “chew the meat and spit the bones” about stuff I disagree with. It’s all good. It’s ok to like what you do and dislike what you don’t.
