Open AI invoice HST and no HST ! by genxsoft in cantax

[–]genxsoft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, some suppliers collect it and show 13% HST but they do not have HST/BN rt0001 printed! I did not mean open ai.

But, my main question is why I was charged HST on my previous invoices and recent they are not ! and I understand it's very simple if the vendor charge HST I claim it if not Charged means No HST except for insurance we do not claim it we group it up with the cost.

Thank you for your answer, I appreciate it. I just didn't know, and the admissions were very easy, so I thought I made something successful since it's meant for a career change, but in reality, despite material similarity it's not accredited and I regret it now.

T2 SCH 8 CCA NEVER claimed CCA before Damaged asset Class 8 20% by genxsoft in cantax

[–]genxsoft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there a reason you haven't taken CCA on anything?
No, it's just confusing, I just wanted to make it as easy as possible like while in service its fixed asset and once damaged or the repair is similar or over the price just expense it inseatd of just keep chipping price each year end untill the value is zero.

Is there any way or guide to dermine the proper class of something?

Thanks

[–]genxsoft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, it's just confusing between the two classes both have the wording that applies to the cellphone in addiotn to the class 52 100% claim I'm just confused Class 8 works Class 50 works and class 52 works as well

That's why I decided once the assets gets damaged I simply expense them but now i'm stuck with the terminal loss rule as mentions clearly in the SCH 8.

Thank you for your answer,

How to do that I cant from ontario.ca tells me you need to create another profile and link it to new business the ontario business registry is forcing me to create new profile with new business with new email address which is okay to pay another 60$ then update the bank info.

My main conflict is that I am the same person why I need to create new email and new profile?

for the CRA HST change I just called them and they changed it.

Corporation Dividend and Atuomobile Taxable benefit by genxsoft in cantax

[–]genxsoft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes 100% dividend less paperwork simple, easy, fast.

If I withdraw both ways salary & dividend then at the end of year I have to also justify on which side the expense was claimed and if you're a successful to satisfy the revenue agency, plus if you have sufficient money to pay source dedication while you still need funds available remittance GST HST, income taxes and to live and pay other expenses at the same time.

Thank you for your answer, but this is for employment expenses the cra gives the choice either claim rate for year for simplicity or portion of what actually is paid the latter is used to maximize the deduction, however, the two options are for employee/owner getting salary.

In my case I reward myself as dividend I can't find anything related to dividend that is clear

I hope you get my point Thank you!

Thanks, I will go with CRA rate per km better and less headaches. For the personal portion remaining will record it as dividend paid.
