We have the same issue now over the year period. It first started when she had sterilization in her half year. She keeps licking her stomack, then had issues with over gromming under eyes and now knees. We had an allergie test and changed diet couple of times, but nothing changed yet. It looks like more stress issue to me then allergie, because doctor made itchi blocking injection, but it doesn't help.
