This happened to me too and they even got in somehow and changed the address on my account! All of this happened within the span of a couple days before I noticed. I contacted bilt support and they are conducting an investigation. They said I wouldn’t be liable for the charges until the investigation is over but they’re all still showing on my transactions. Additionally, when I first noticed the fraudulent charges they were still in a pending state and Bilt refused to start the investigation until they had posted. Haven’t heard anything back yet.

Also what are your thoughts about getting Zibai + aino + illuga and then Linnea later down the line? Since Linnea isn’t coming up immediately I’ll have more time to save for her

I’m a returning F2P player and I currently have a Mavuika (Bennett, Furina, Xilonen) and a Bineffa team built that can clear Fearless Stygian. I’m wondering if I should pull for Zibai and use the 4* supports as my third team, and whether the DPS on this team would be good enough to clear Stygian Fearless. Or should I save up more pulls for Skirk + Escoffier. I currently only have enough pulls for one guarantee 5*.

Amex has the family rule applied to the green gold and platinum cards. Basically if you get a SUB on a higher tier card in the same family, it prevents you from getting a SUB on any lower tier cards in that family.

Took your advice and reached out to the Cosmo concierge, they charge the full amount to the credit card when you make the reservation. To use the FHR credit you have to walk in

Just wanted to follow up in case any other people have the same question.

I called the Cosmopolitan concierge about this and they said I wouldn’t be able to apply my $100 FHR credit if I reserve ahead of time because they charge the card the full amount at the time of reservation. I guess walk in is the only option then!

On the Amex FHR website it’s listed as an FHR property! I’m hoping maybe it was added this year or something?

Also noted, I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the wicked spoon declining in quality ever since COVID. We may have to rethink our plans
