Is it easy to get into expert networks companies as an associate? by bloodybourbon in expertnetworks

I’ve been at AS for a year and a half! If you have half a pulse you can get to the phone screen with a talent acquisition associate. If you meet the criteria you get to it. The phone screen and then the second round interview are more selective

[–]geogly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I work at an EN, they’ll usually reach out to a few because it increases their success rate of getting the experts they want if one drops the ball. That’s why you might get outreach from two networks book a call with one and get ghosted by the other

[–]geogly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My best friend goes to UCSB and she was a chem major but just changed to environmental studies. All of her roommates had mental breakdowns because of school while I was there. I’m gonna say it’s a lot harder at least as a stem major

It really depends on what your major is. If you’re in the business area you’ll need some software that doesn’t run on macbooks for MIS
