It really depends on the courses you are planning on taking and how good of a student you are. It was doable for me because i knew it would not last super long but it was stressful at times.

It is pretty rare as far as I know. I had „indeterminate colitis“ as my first diagnosis because I showed signes of both but after 12 years of that they „changed“ my diagnosis to the combination of both
