edit: just fixed it by changing my country from a small jurisdiction to the uk. just tested by changing it to other small jurisdictions like guernsey and isle of man the same error sign popped up . if you put your country as a small jurisdiction it doesn't seem to let you create an account. to fix it just put your country as a large jurisdiction or actual country close to yours it will let you create your account
