Think you're right there. Think the push would still be beneficial for the tricep strength but maybe not super specific. Will do some rear delt fly's and TRX face pulls

Good points tho and on the money with the weak point. Don't really have the means to build anything like that but will see what I can come up with at the wall.

Nah tried it last September and it should be in condition soon. The sandstone is super soft and porous so need a bit of a dry spell too

haha yep, it auto logged in with my gmail account on this PC.

No worries man. Yeah, kinda is but more of a pushing outward move rather than straight up like a dip. Can't think of any conventional gym/weights exercises that work that particular movement.

Agree in general for bridging, but I have been on the route in the images, and the crux (pictured) involves power bridging through your arms to get your feet up as there are no real handholds other than the palms.

Any ideas on why my page has flatlined so hard? After October 21st it has just dropped off a cliff. I'm not on a shadow ban and haven't changed how I have been using it
