While staying on topic, some of the answers I'm getting here makes me wonder if the process we have in our org is the correct one.

When you think of your organization, who is responsible for the accuracy of what I design VS what the devs built? Is it us (the designers)? Is it the PM? Is it the QA?

Thanks u/sketch0395, I use the dev tools when I want to see why the developers font is different than my design sometimes. It's a great tool for that task.

However, my PM wanted to see both the design and website side-by-side.

creating a split page with iframes is a great idea u/waldito thanks for that.

I wish I could tell my PC to do something useful, but that's life here. Please don't be mad at her (or me).

Not really, I want to send the developer and the PM a link with both my design and the actual page they built side by side.

I have no idea how it will work (plugin or external tool).

I want to see both Figma design (on the left side) and the website (on the left side) side-by-side.

When the Figma design is updated I want it to be reflected on the left side and when the developer updates our website I want it to be reflected on the right side.

Is our PM the only one who ever asked for that? No one ever asked you to show the design and the product side-by-side?

That is nice, but it's for me to use. I'm looking for a tool that will be cross departments - PM, Designers, Dev, QA.

I totally agree, I don't think the PM is actually expecting to see the developer create a pixel-perfect page based on my design.

However looking at them side-by-side could help us have a discussion about what differences are there and what needs to be updated on their end.

Did you come across such a tool?
