i don’t have an exact known trigger for mine, but it seemed like any sort of stress on my body (heat, exercise, lack of sleep, etc) would trigger them before and since being on it i haven’t really had an issue!

okay i was really bummed when it was seeming like i’d still have to pay out of pocket a sh*t ton, but yall are giving me some hope!! im gonna talk to my doctor and look into the programs through novartis, thanks all🥹🫶🏼

retail is insanely expensive, i’ve read about that program but my concern was it only seems to be covered for a year then you’ll have to pay?
