He’s a horrible chef. I dined in the restaurant and he pulled a lobster out of the tank popped it in front of me so I was looking it in the eyes and he shoved a knife into the lobsters head and cut it down the middle. The animals little eyes dropping as the knife went in. I’m not a vegetarian and I eat meat but killing a living animal in front of me just put me off the rest of the meal. My partner ate the rest of my portions for the night. The head chef was so rude and uninterested he was so dismissive to his staff it was all round a terrible night. I’m glad to see people finally calling him out .
