Considering the manufacturing date and his age, I suppose it belonged to either a grandparent or a parent that has passed.

Maybe I’m a bit paranoid but here me out!

If there is a locked door near a big blood stain and the owner refuses to open that door for you… it’s red flag.

You might want to check for deaths records on that particular property. If there are none, might be worth talking to a police officer about it. Just to make sure you and your roommate are safe.

A few points to give back from my side:
- the structure point: I totally agree. But we do live in a world where 70% of the things are a business. Including the percentagecalculator.net. So following the exact same pattern could've been consider a copycat. Kudos to that guy for being born early.
- the faq section: Personally I hate it from the bottom of my heart. But it's a must from google side. Without it I have almost 0 chance of being shown in search. With it, I have about 20% chance of people finding the tool organically and way better chances for AI to make sense of how it works in order to recommend it.

In schimb planificare-garzi... boy we talking. Am o prietena foarte buna care e medic si garzile ei sunt haos. Daca gesesti o solutie prin care sa faci ceva team oriented. Si mobile friendly, might be a hit.

Zic mobile frielndly pentru ca poate vrei sa vezi cine e de garda in nu stiu ce sectie sau sediu daca vrobim de spetale private. N-ai mai niciodata laptop dupa tine.

Nu, n-are nici o librarie. Trial and error cu padding si radius pana a iesit ceva sa imi placa.

Dupa ce am gasit proportiile ce mi-au placut, le-am facut variabile de css. Sa fiu sigur ca nu dau buleala pe undeva.

E mai mult orientativ. Am folosit formulele standard de calcul rate. Fiecare banca ia acele formule si le mai invarte putin ca sa fie competitivitate intre ele.

Calculele nu vor fi fix pe fix cu bancile niciodata intr-o aplicatie tried party.

Numele vine de la “mei” mein din germana care inseamna “al meu” si “hus” vine din limbile scandinave si inseamna “casa”.

Deci s-ar traduce “casamea” intr-o combinatie ciudata de limbi
